The speed of change today is incredible. Markets, competitors, products, channels, everything is changing all around us. Your organization needs to be fluid and adaptable. To survive your organizations needs to respond to market dynamics, trends and shifts instantaneously. We work with your executives and organization's members to ensure change is effective and sustainable. Organization-wide change is challenging and difficult. A change in mission, restructuring operations, new technologies, mergers, major collaborations, "rightsizing", new programs such as Total Quality Management, etc require major effort and team work to execute rapidly and productively. We will work with you to facilitate your organizations transformation. We will support you in fundamentally and radically reorientating the way your organization operates - allowing you to stay competitive and to achieve your vision. Change should not be done for the sake of change -- it's a strategy to accomplish some overall goal. Most organizational change is provoked by major outside driving forces. Typically there are strong resistances to change. People are afraid of the unknown. Many people think things are just fine the way they are and don't understand the need for change. Many are inherently fearful and cynical about change. Often there are conflicting goals in the organization or values held dear by members in the organization are challenged. We will help you develop and execute a change management plan and map that will increase your level of success. Successful change must involve top management, including the board and chief executive. We will work with your change champions who will initially instigate the change by being visionary, persuasive and consistent. These change agents are then responsible for translating the vision to a realistic plan and carrying out the plan. Change is best carried out as a team-wide effort. Communications about the change is critical and should be frequent and with all organization members. To sustain change, the structures of the organization itself should be modified, including strategic plans, policies and procedures. Understanding and shifting your organization's culture may also be required.
