Executive Coaching
|
The word coach comes from the historical stagecoach. A stagecoach is a carrier of valuable people from where they are to where they want to go. So too does coaching assist people in getting from their current state or position to where they want their life, career or business to go. Coaches help to close the gap between where someone wishes to be and where they are at now. Coaching is about helping people and teams reach peak performance. Our role as your coach is not to provide answers. Our role is to ask thought-provoking questions that assist you in discovering your own answers. The coach is your personal sounding board. We enable and inspire you to formulate an ambitious aspiration for yourself that is aligned and in support of meeting your personal and corporate goals. Not Consulting. Consultants bring specific knowledge and transfer that knowledge to their clients. They are experts in an area and hired to solve problems and give advice. Coaches don't give advice or tell you what to do. Not Counseling. Counselors work with clients to uncover psychological and sometimes deep-seated issues and they often focus on the past and why you are the way you are. Coaches focus on opportunities and creating a new future and how you're going to get there. Not Mentoring. Mentors are individuals who are successful in a particular career, job or area. They teach others how to be like them. What will we talk about? You set the agenda and focus on what you choose to focus on. You determines where you want to go and what you want to put your attention to. Inspiro Services' coaches work with you based on your specific needs. Our coaching relationship offers a highly focused, personalized program that is customized for you. Using a professional, best practices coaching methodology, our professional coaches are committed to helping you achieve your goals. We are the missing link between strategic planning and implementation! Our coaches work with you to get real RESULTS! All our Coaches are Certified professional Executive Coaches. The Executive Coaching Group follows the professional guidelines set by the International Coach Federation, the governing body for coaching that sets the standards and ethics for the profession. In addition, we are members of Coachville, a coaching foundation dedicated to the education of qualified coaches. The Executive Coaching Group is also a member of the Canadian Association of Certified Executive Coaches, an association of graduates from the 95% of our coaching is done via telephone, as executives, entrepreneurs and professionals tend to be very busy and travel frequently. However, some clients prefer face to face sessions. The choice is yours. This entails a weekly one hour telephone discussion. In person sessions at your preferred location or ours, that vary in length based on your personal or corporate needs. |
